The Tackle Depression Game Changer Scholarship will be awarded to 12th grade multi-sport student athletes who will be attending a 4 year College/University. Our scholarship will be awarded to student athletes who are actively participating in athletics, increasing awareness of Mental Health in their school/community, and will be continuing their education in a Mental Health related field. The (2) recipients of this scholarship will receive $500.00 towards their education, a Tackle Depression swag package, and recognition for their achievement on the Tackle Depression website and social media outlets.
To be considered for our scholarship you must be a New Jersey resident, graduating senior, and attending a 4 year College/University. When completing the application student athletes must include their name, contact information, High School attending, GPA, SAT score, College plans, and an essay describing their athletic achievements, community service, and what qualifies them to be a Tackle Depression Game Changer. Deadline for submission will be 4/15/2024, & winners will be notified by 5/31/2024.
